Tammy decided to combine Chinese Valentine's Day with "Random Acts of Kindness Day" which was also held on August 22, 2012 in the state of Georgia.

Tammy's surprise bouquet delighted her unsuspecting friend Vicki who was going through a tough time and feeling down in the dumps.
