The Confucius Institute at Tel Aviv University offers a range of Chinese language courses, guided by native speakers from China. The Confucius Institute at Tel Aviv University was established in 2007.
The institute is the product of the fruitful cooperation between Tel Aviv University and the Office of Chinese Language Council International in Beijing.
They serve to teach and introduce the Chinese language and culture to the general public. In addition, the various Confucius Institutes research the diverse aspects of Chinese culture and history.
The Confucius Institute at Tel Aviv University works in close cooperation with the University's Department of East Asian Studies to introduce Chinese language and culture to the general public and to further develop Chinese Studies at Tel Aviv University.
